Keep Your Teeth
I was a slovenly youth. My gums got so bad, dentists would only do emergency work on me, until I shaped up my bloody gums. I used the Gum stimulator, every day. After two months of scraping my teeth, below the gums, I had almost perfect gums. I use it religiously, now. The refills are a couple of bucks, but they’ve saved me thousands in dental bills. Totally worth it.

Met my need, couldn’t be found in stores
Searched for this dental item (new tip for gum massage pick) in a variety of local stores. None carried it any more. Happy to find a good reliable source.

Removes plaque that toothbrush can’t
The intended use seems to be for gum massage between teeth, but in my opinion a more significant purpose is achieved by gently dragging the tip around all gum lines. Removes plaque in crevices that toothbrush bristles can’t get at no matter how hard you try. It does the same thing for the gumlines at the fronts and backs of your teeth that floss does for the gumlines between teeth.

This item seems to be disappearing from stores, which is too bad because I think it’s probably more effective than the much more expensive gadgets that companies would rather convince you to buy.

These are the replacement tips. The handle is sold separately.

Better Gums
Mail order is about the only way to get the Butler GUM stimulators. I have my original teeth because of regular dental care and good cleaning. The rubber tipped stimulators keep my gum tissue pliable and healthy.

Good!
The G-U-M stimulators do exactly what they should do - get the bad stuff out and away from around your teeth. Even after brushing long and thoroughly, there is still stuff left under the gum rims. The G-U-M Stimulator tip removes the bad stuff without hurting your gums.

The difficult part about the G-U-M stimlators is getting the rubber tips onto the metal handle. It takes a lot of hand strength. Moistening the tip with hot water helps, but it still takes a lot of hand strength. The other downside is that a single stimulator is good for only about 3 or 4 uses - then the tip begins to break. Time to wrestle a new tip onto the handle.

This unit Is Not What It Used To Be !

I had an older Conair Interplak WJ7 model for several years. It worked very well, so well in fact that when it finally lost it’s pressure I immediatly ordered another to replace it. The new model WJ7B looks very similar and it does come with extra cleaning tools however it’s quality and performance is a far cry from the previous model I had. When my old one gave up the ghost I ordered what I thought was the identical replacement model. Boy was I mistaken. This model is much noisier. It has decent pressure but only after you fiddle with the knobs and wait for it to do it’s thing. I went a week without a water jet. I use it so often that I was going through withdrawls. I was so exited when it arrived. That joy didn’t last very long. After I opened the box it came in I noticed that it was much lighter than the older model. If your not careful just by turning the dials you can tip it over. It is much noisier as well. I will give it a chance, however it’s so much louder and feels so much flimsier than it’s predecessors. I realize in this world you get what you pay for however the older model I had was around the same price and I was hoping that this model would be at least as good as my previous one. I will most likely buy another one from a competitor soon for I think this one will only work a mere fraction of the time my old one did. Regardless of the 2 year warranty when it goes I will just toss it in the trash. Why bother paying for shipping just to get another cheapo replacement. Way to go Conair. Replace a decent product with an inferior one for a similar price. I didn’t buy another Interplak unit to be cheap. I bought it because my older model worked so well for so long. If you buy this product the only winner will be Conair. So much for quality and reputations.

Patience for the pressure
I had a water pik and it died early on. I bought the Interplak WJ7 - old old model - and loved it for probably three years when the hose split. Repair was unsuccessful so I bought the later B version - the only one available. Disappointed in the pressure - yes, but I noticed the slow down when adding the fluid, adjusting the pressure knob and realized the lack of pressure is due to excessive drag on the piston.

Solution - fill with water and put the handle back in the container to circulate the water and run for 5 minutes. After a few cycles the piston wears in and it works just like the old model. Lots of pressure. It might even blow out the hose like my old one after a couple of years.

Oops - after about a month I still put the handle back in the container and let it run a few minutes till the pressure builds - then it’s OK. Not great but OK.

loud or broken
Had to send it back. Really, really loud. Had one before, this was not the same machine. They made me pay shipping both ways for something that did not work. A rip off! Avoid!

Great for cleanin your teeth
This product is great for cleaning your mouth and teeth. Most of the other Water Jet products only come with the jet spray and hurt your gums. This one comes with a brush that cleans without hurting.

Am I Blue?
Yes, it’s true. I’m blue.

This is a POS. Do not buy. Stay away from all blue receptacle waterpik’s that cost below 50.

You’ll regret it. My last waterpik was Hydrafloss. It lasted two years. I went with el cheapo thinking it would do much the same thing for my teeth.

WRONG! It’s all cheap plastic. So the water can’t get up through the hose due to–poor design. If you do get it to work for a day or so, I commend you.

But be warned, if all you hear is motor and there is no water coming up to irrigate your teeth, do what I did; smash it into a thousand pieces and take it back to customer service at Walmart.

No you won’t get your money back, but the look on their faces is worth the 30 for crap I paid for!

Whitestrips…
I have never used any other whitening strips, so I don’t think it would be fair for me to rave about how wonderful these are. I do see a difference after completing the 21-day treatment.

They are very thin, which makes them ‘comfortable’ to wear and virtually unnoticeable.

Warning: If you get this stuff on your fingertips, wash it off immediately… it EATS your skin.

I literally had to wear bandaids on my thumbs and couldn’t figure out what was happening to the skin under my nails! It was the peroxide in these strips… and just a ‘little’ on your fingertips will do the damage!

Surprisingly, having said that… I didn’t experience any gum irritation while using the strips. Tooth sensitivity was not a problem for me either.

OK performance
The strips have whitened my teeth I agree with the other reviewers when they say the strips dont stay in place…The top ones do but the lower, at least for me, is half off at the end of the 30 minutes..I did see someone mention that the other Crest brand actually adhered to the teeth better. I think when i use up this box i will try the other Crest brand to see how it performs..

Awesome
I was looking for a fast and easy way to whiten my teeth before i got married, and this product worked miracles. I had about 3 weeks before my wedding and used every strip in the package and my smile was amazing. Because of how well it worked for me I also bought this product for my sister.

Safe, effective whitening with little fuss
This product is easy to use, and you can wear these strips while you do other things so it doesn’t require a time-out. I noticed improved whiteness after three days with no problems. I have several porcelain veneers visible from the front when I smile, and these even out the whiteness in my uncapped teeth so my teeth are the same shade of white.I drink coffee and tea all day, and these are the best at keeping my teeth looking good.

The Crest Whitestrips Advanced Seal are WAAAAY Better
These strips will whiten your teeth, but they are a messy hassle! They only loosely cling to your teeth meaning they are sliding around all over the place during the half an hour of wear. I also find that because they don’t stick well to the teeth, saliva tends to get in between the strips and the teeth making it an unpleasant and probably less effective product.

I tried the Whitestrips Advanced Seal and they were 10x better. The Advanced Seal sticks to your teeth with such tenacity, they are even a bit difficult to pull off your teeth when you’re done! That’s a GOOD thing!!! I’m never buying any Whitestrips other than the Advance Seal again.

Hard to find dental floss

Not so alike look-alike
I had been looking quite a long time to find a sulca brush like the one that had been given to me at the dentist’s office; so I was delighted to find one at this great price with the extra heads. One disappointing factor: after using the real “Sulca Brush”, I found that this one was not quite as effective because it has fewer bristles and the bristles are softer. I was glad for the extra heads, because I found that after only 3 weeks I had worn one down already–so perhaps in the long run it will not be such a great deal. If you have never used a product like this, you will probably like using it–or if you do not like the stiff bristles on the Sulca Brush, you will definitely like using this. As for myself, the next time around, I will purchase the brand name Sulca Brush.

Best Thing SInce the Toothbrush!
I absolutely LOVE this product! WHen I got my bridge put in my dentist gave me a ‘Sulca Brush’ but when it wore out I couldn’t find a replacement until I found this Doctor’s Sulcus Brush which is pretty much identical. It’s perfect for cleaning under your bridges or inbetween braces. But even if you don’t have dental work it’s great for getting all the plaque off your teeth that a regular toothbrush just can’t get off. Especially good for cleaning those hard to reach molars. Amazon has a really good deal on these because each brush comes with replacement heads.

Doctor’s Sulcus brush
This brush was recommended by my dental hygenist. After using the bruch just once, my teeth felt as if I had just had a professinal cleaning. I am glad I bought the six-pack - I already gave 2 as gifts.

It’s like a semi-annual cleaning every single night

Got the wrong freebie
The Sulcus brush is good, I’ve used it for years. But, the brush tip has to change very often because it’s very easy out of shape. When I made the order, the brush supposed with a free pack of dental pick. Amazon sent me the one with dental mirror instead of dental pick. It’s a bit disappointed.

In the brave new world of “green”, there is very little said about compact, condensed and concentrated products, but it only makes sense. Conservation is all about using less for the same effect. This mouthwash is concentrated, quite strong all by itself, but they trust you to be able to dilute with water, to your own taste. A small, almost delicate bottle lasts about 90 days. I add a few drops to a glass of warm water each day…Personally, I can’t stand Listerine (too intense), or the opposite approach (syrupy, medicinal). Vademecum mouthwash lands right between.

swedish Mouthwash
The product isan old established mouthwash which I used toorder from my local drugstore. But no more. The product is now made in Germany and myformer supply told me it is no longer made. This turned out to be false.

The product’s quality is unchangeed, and Iam pleased.

highly recommend
This moutwash is miraculous to say the least. It does not taste like anything, almost like water. Yet it is powerful ion its effect. After years of trying different products, my dentist recommended Closys. It is the absolute best for breath freshening, yet does not taste strong. Also use the companion toothpaste by the same name.

Works great…
These brush heads are my favorite so far.

They are slightly bigger than some heads- and they are rough!

Better cleaning capability, but less comfortable than the Ultrasoft model
I find the cleaning capability of the Floss Action brush to be excellent. Gets my teeth very clean, more so than any other brush in the Oral-B line up (and I’ve tried every one!). The size is a bit larger than the regular model, but still remains sufficiently maneuverable. The hardest area to hit is behind the front teeth. It can be done, but there’s more of a mess than with the smaller brushes.

My only complaint is that they are a bit rougher on the gum line than the Ultrasoft Oral-B model. So, I switch off between the two - couple of days with the Floss Action, then a couple of days with the Ultrasoft.

Great price if you catch it on one of the price dips. Highly recommend.

Works as promised
This is probably the best electric toothbrush on the market. It cleans very well, allows the head unit to be used by more than one person, and times your brushing to 2 minutes for the most effective time without excessive abrasion. The wife likes more compact models, as this takes up more counter space than some of the others, but the others do not brush as well and others do not have replaceable brushes. This is a joy to use and you will spend less time with your dentist if you use this unit.

Good Brush Heads
I have used a good number of brush heads. These are by far the best. They cover a good amount of surface area and are fairly firm. First time I used them, my gums were a little sore from the floss action…..which is a good thing. Plan to buy again and again, especially with the subscribe and save offer.
